UPDATES BY K.V OCTOBER 2012

Hello Beautiful people,

I’ve been running around everywhere and haven’t been able to give any updates.,

In this rainy day in PTY (Panama city) in between sketches and making jewelry

I’ve decided to take a moment and write to all of you a little fashion note.

I am very excited this end of the year and the upcoming one 2013. I have seen many different trends and a lot of accessories that are essential in every way.

 The moment you put together an outfit it can be as simple as you want and yet you can boost that image with accessories  Including “HATS”(that is where I come in) Been doing designs and making by hand some of my creations and I just love the fact that more and more people are showing their “Persona” (Personage) J’ADORE.

I believe people who wear hats usually have a strong personality. Why is that? Is it because most of the population don’t really wear them because you feel looked at as you walk on the sidewalk or the mall, street etc, or because yet still we are minority using and exploring our limits in fashion.

I am glad to say that things are changing and those Glamorous hats of all kind of shapes are back and 2013 is coming full of bright colors, flowery Glam and a lot of accessories that I just cannot wait.

Accessory philosophy

The way you accessorize your outfits says a lot about you and can be a very good stand-in for owning any major designer pieces at all.

Your shoes, your belt, your jewelery, or your cute little” Hat “ are like little telegraphs to the world about your attention to detail and what kind of style you identify with.

Accessories can be deeply Luxurious and expensive, but they can also be fabulous on a budget.

The rule: If it’s expensive, go for classic, not the flavor of the month, so you can use it for years.

If is not expensive go for a super trendy eye-catching piece ;).

I wear my accessories big. I am not a waify girl ;) lol…

Bags:

The absolute easiest way to add flair to your look. If you prefer to wear jeans and black sweaters, a bright-colored bag can completely elevate your look.

Building a wardrobe:

Push the boundaries of “good taste “with something only you would have. I confess, one of the new purchases I want to get it’s Judith Lieber bags. They’re super elaborated, rhinestones-encrusted evening clutches in whimsical shapes –like a coke can, a lifesaver roll or a chubby pink pig. Anyone in serious fashion rolls their eyes at them. They’re like Liberace of evening bags, which is exactly why I love them*

I think every woman should rock something she loves almost because its unconventional –life is too short to always stay in the safety zone.

Hi guys, Well today was a great day and I went and got myself some cute beads, of course what I work the most is volcano beads, bone skulls, cristal and some very lovely pendants to hang on my new collection of bracelets." I made like 10 today" and  here is a peak ;)

 And this is a little peak  of my collection, alot of skulls, volcano beads, bone,ladybugs, cherry blossom to keep that retro atmosphere and "bien sure"... Paris as one of my favorite post cards done  by hand and bought as souvenir in one of my trips... love it...

 And here I go again with the retro lovely look that I LOVE so much, plus it really reminds me of one of my past collection that was called "retro cocktail" ... and then I just had to put a ladybug...I dont know... it seemed like she belong on that bracelet for some strange reason :) its like a volcanic garden bracelet... HA* WELL SOMETHING LIKE THAT... ;)

HAIR COLORS ARE HERE BY K.V @ PTY

 Hi everyone, thanks for all your visits to my blog and your mails at k.valdesbykarina@gmail.com, doing my best to answer all your mails and keep you guys as posted as I can.
Guys I am going back to Europe to get some merchandise and do some more K.V designs and make a great haul from Gva, Paris, monaco and Belgium and post as much as I can... yeay!!!.. their stores, places and more ;)
Another product I like to share with you guys which you  have requested so much is my hair products since I change every week..." My color of hair.
So since I didn't find ANY PLACE IN PANAMA CITY to change my color of hair I decided to do my magic and bring some of them here!!!!! SO ORDER YOUR FAVORITE COLOR, PINK, TURQUOISE, BLUE OR GREEN.
Again I don't have a lot so I am getting more in my trip to Europe the 2nd of July, many projects more and I am very excited to share it with you guys...
A line of lipstick which will actually be very rebellious and different.. which I am launching One specific color at first and my Line of Collars of course with Hats very much Retro:)))
I am very blessed with all your mails and I want you all to know that is a big reason for me to continue doing and expressing myself the way I do.

Different Looks with K.V

 Hi guys, Here I am with one of my outfits, This kind of sweater by zara, love the bottons and the material and my shades of course they reminded me of HELLOKITTY and I just had to have them, bought them in Via Via and I just love Retro to as you all know by now.

 White pants from French connection, ballerinas from D&G belt from Zara, Bag from Juicy Couture Pink flashy Top as I said above Zara and glasses from Via Via,
I think is great to mix, not everything has to be branded, I can say I love all of my clothes the same no matter from wear they are from or what kind of brand it is....:) If is pretty for me and I love I just wear it and embrace it ;)

 This dress I JUST adore! you are not going to believe the price but I have to say it cause this is one of the biggest example I can give you. This dress I bought for 12 dollars in a place call Conway and I JUST LOVE it equaly than all my branded clothes... I just find it adorable and it reminds me of Marylin Monroe for some reason I just bought a broche clip and add it to the dress to give this kind of old school look ;) "I JUST LOVE CUSTOMIZING EVERYTHING I BUY"....shoes from Yves Saint Laurent and this one are just basics old school it has like a little stone but it just didn't show .

 Dress from "THE CLOSET" confederation centre Geneve by Lev Dimur, a necklace of pearls that my sister presented me :) and my stiletto shades ;) that I cant get enough of them... one day they will talk back at me and tell me " STOP USING ME" lol ;)

 a Beautiful dress that I just love the details but in this one I just don't know the brand it was a present from my sister aswell ... but is just soooooooo adorable and different, it has pockets.
Every day is a new day, a new look, a new beginning for proyects, ideas, and is so fun just to pamper yourself and look different every day :) "that is my happy message"

 DRESS FROM ZARA, I just could not ressist this dress, when I saw it ... I just saw me as alice in wonderland and right away I knew I had a little kind of flowery fun elastic crown I call it... which I bought really long time ago in Clairs in Geneva.:) so it just match perfectly for my birthday.

 Hat mode.. love it...specially cause I am a hat designer of course this hat I just loveeeee it remind me of mary poppins... looooll I always buy and get inspired by something and the necklace by swarovski .. I had 3 years ago a collection that made call Retro Fruity cocktail...so yeah I saw that apple it was keeper.

 I bought this mini broche clips that I adore I just put them everywhere lol... this was a very vintage style day for me ...  I was loving it. My sister gave me this broded top and this kind of bermuda but broded too...I have to say the bermudas look like the underwear of man on the late 20's ... and I WAS SOOOO HAPPY to make like this cute outfit from old times :))))))) you can see below ...

 This dress is from Hotbox confederation center Gva. GREEN FLASHY BOOTS... that I love ..just to give the hole long dress a drama touch....;)

Balerina by melissa and LV bag, I have always a pair of ballerinas in my bag...is like a must! always hills.... and if it gets too tough or I have to run from or with someone... I got my pair of ballerinas with me ;) lol, big kiss to all

NEW EDITION TO MY VINTAGE COLLECTION by K.V

A Quick moment by K.V

 Hi Everyone, Today as you can see updating my blog and answered all your e.mails ;) for those who yet I didn't answer you can check on your mail box ....
I did two videos requested and of course have many photos to post and talk tips and ideas.
Yesterday went to this place call Petit Paris in Panama city. It was delicious and it just had the ambience and the service we usually expect.
They accept animals and their service was just perfect., I went with my Bf and with Lucky my dog... for a small walk and a nice glass of wine with some cheese in the afternoon.
For first time going out with Lucky he was a very good I have to say.:)

 This place has pain de chocolate, croissant and macaron....oh my god is not only good for a little apero but for a great morning breakfast after a little walk with your doggy....my Daughter loves this place because she misses so much Laduree.... and they do have macaron...;) so everything in one same place.

 I had my time to check my sketches of the collars I am creating and some ideas that I will share with you all very soon, Ive just been so busy putting the hole thing together.
But from tomorrow you will see and hear much more from me, not only beauty tips, fashion tips, funny videos, serious hauls... and how to create your own jewelery, hat, hair clips even decoration, I think I have cover a lot... "That explains my abscent";) 
Another thing I love about the this place is that is soooo cute I got to meet some people coming from France and other part of the world ...so friendly and open minded... :) they wore even giving their opinion on my sketches... I love this positive attitude

 Here I am and Lucky behind..:) we wore waiting for Ashley to come, I was wearing a dress that remind me so much of the 50's lol... I love it, you guys know that I have something with this "epoque" and I mix it with some nice accesories one of them is one of my past collection, is turquoise and it has a turtle and a little eye on the side, is pretty bohemian... but I gave it a touch by mixing it with a golden delicate chain around it... and that is for sure one of my biggest tips...you can rearly go wrong with a black little or long dress and some accesories.
If is Long you can always wear flat open sandals and mix it with bohemian accesories.... I actually did a collection call bohemian K.V and it just sold out...
This Collection right now is still has a bohemian touch but there is like a mix of beads.... and bows and ****** lol... I can't say it all.... ;)

 I was really looking for this lovely Dior necklace every where in my room... :)))) and finally found it... u will see the outfit I wore it with I am preparing a haul to as requested because last time it was very short and I barely show some of the tips I wanted to actually give .. I just think drops are so delicate specially in a necklace plus around it is full of tiny stones that makes it even more adorable My sister presented to me for my birthday 3 years ago.

 I kind of took all this picture with this old film school out ;) I think you guys already saw this one in my fashionista blog page.

Relaxing with Redish Glam at the Sea by K.V

 Hi guys, a very relaxing weekend with books, candies, movies, popcorn, daughter,hubby, Cos and of course my Doggy Lucky ;) I was feeling very Red this days for a change instead of pastel colors .. which was a contrast of a very calm weekend ..lol
As promise from Tomorrow on will be posting more videos and more goodies.
As you can see, I was pretty much in a relax mode, and it was great, we had a long walk on the beach plus we shared long night stories and it was so fun... " I forgot my cherry tea but I had right away that I arrived home":)

 This was my outfit before leaving,  top H&M, This baggy pants which has a little hanging heart representing the brand... NOT at all expensive, I dont even remember the store I bought it..I do remember it was like 7 Us dollars... but they are so confy... and my flower black sandals ... which are really confy too... by H&M I wore my black bag Chanel and it was just perfect... We can always mingle brands and it goes just perfect.
In my opinion you don't really need to be branded from head to toe... but have brands and mingle them with other articles that may not cost the same thing but it gives the right value to the outfit..;)

 This is a shot from my Bf while I was watching Tv... Ring from L.V a present from my Darling 3 years ago but I just love it... the ring has the LV initials etoiles and the flowers inside in golden..is just pretty :) as you have seen in my blog .. I am a very detail person, branded or not... when I see little pretty accesories with my style of details I will just go for it :) what can I say... I am a girly girl.. :)))

 My Doggy and I Lucky, I have to answer your questions about him... YES IS SOOOO DIFFICULT WHEN they are 2 MONTHS old... they eat everything... over excited... they like to play when you want to go to sleep.
They bark and cry in wrong moments...:) lol.. they bite your pants or anthing that catches their attention all the time... so yes.. He is a hand full***

 The movie is amazing...whoever loves Marilyn will enjoy this film.
Again it takes you to that Gorgeous "epoque" and you just enjoy every bit of it.. Of course that is my opinion, I have an obsession with her since long time ago.. I am a big big Fan, and it was just priceless Michelle Williams performance in this Film.

Vintage Retro Thoughts with K.V

 Hi guys, Here I am in my Vintage retro moments...,as promise did my little video because I cannot really call it a Video since it was really short and I know in all your requests on my mail k.valdesbykarina@gmail.com , you guys have ask me many times to do like a little tour of my room.
I know is not really a Tour but is pending.
The video I did it was more like my universe, my little collections and things I really like, But soon will do a Video of How I create my hats, sketches, and Fashion Tips which will be great.
Now back to My Vintage moments, I am in this face of loving everything that transfers me to this great elegant "epoque" of flowers, brodery etc... with of course a touch of what is in now and retro.
Whats in Now huh? thats like a line a hate but had to say it since many people do talk about whats in fashion today 2012.
For me is a mix of your personality and imagination it can take you anywhere and be whoever you want to be at that precise moment.

 I bought this ring at a store in Panama city call Vai Vai, They have many beautiful accesories and we I am in love with all kinds of animals specially those that remind me of a fairy tale, or a story... This one is a prince... or frog .. lol,  it has stones is golden and has a crown, I mingle that ring with real pearls. a very vintage style cute feminine dress and of course my cat sparkle glasses.
I love it and hope you like it too.
I am a person that reflects not only possitive but feels very deeply you can have so much fun with fashion.
I think that waking up in the morning and just choosing those pieces you want to wear can really bust any situation you are passing through in life. " The way you look will always reflect your well being" and that is a fact, " I believe"

 It was a blury grey morning, but I fix my home, flowers, candles and got myself dress up to receive a great day, and guess what guys? that is exactly what I got.
Is all about feeling good and taking care of yourself, paper yourself, make your home look beautiful, do things you wanna do at that moment.
Ive had request on my mails asking me " Karina how do you live so happy?" well is all about thanking GOD of what we have, and at the same time blocking negative people . It is not easy because people don't really like seen others happy. NOT ALL, I don't want to generalize, but sadly we are few that just love seen pretty things, appreciating others beauty and talents and admiring what we have around us.
That is my key.
This Dress is from the Boutique "The Closet" from an Uruguay Designer Lev Dimur, is not vintage at all but I love the brodery and the texture.

 Here I am having this moments that you disconnect yourself. Yes I do that a lot. Read a book and just get inside the story. I am reading L'etoile de Lily, is a great french book and I am enyoing each bit of it.
What else, I had a multicolor fruity candle with a cherry tea in my cosy bed.
My Daughter singing in her room and the house smelling just of flowers... to be precise :) I believe before stepping out of the house you just have to walk out with a peace of mind... and like a star no matter how bad you think you are feeling is just a state of mine. Everything can be change for good.
I know I am writting a lot of my emotions and what I do and think, but this is all the requests you wanted me to post in videos. I will, but sometimes is nicer to read it aswell.
Like Andrea209 said " you seem crazy and funny in your blogs and videos" yes Andrea I love craziness and self expression always to laugh and enjoy life making jokes is a part of my life because I am this character, proud to be and I am happy you enjoy my posts and love the way I can give you at least an up on whatever you are passing through, Nothing is worth wasting such a beautiful life.
We have all a creative side. We just have to explore it.

Fashionista moments with K.V

 Hi Guys is been a while I haven't updated my blog, but surely Ive answer all your letters, today I promise I will work on all your requests and upload all my different styles Ive been putting on etc.. and of course a haul with all my products as promised.
Ive been in many interviews here Panama city, waiting for some secret news I will tell you all about as soon as I know :).

 Is been days Ive been working in my new collection ... doing amazing collars with different designs ... plus different accesories for hair, hats etc... and of course jewelery... Havent stop working like this when I present you guys all the collection or at least a peak;) you guys can see how different and beautiful it is... of course with a touch of colors, vintage style and retro ....:))))))

 Here I am in a little fairy tale style which I love and I cannot run away from that life I live everyday in :) is so fun to just make it happend every day in life and live toward fashion.
I wore a dress from forever 21. It was just a fun day.

 This shoes wore bought from my hubby. Saw it in the vitrine of D.H.D in Panama city and I was just breathless... it looks a bit like Miu Miu... Dont you think so? anyway it sparkles...and you just feel like a princess while using them ;) plus it has such a beautiful detail which is a kiss on the back of the show.. meaning it has a little red lip as a design.

 I am having a blast and I promise I will make a haul before I leave Panama with all my favorite stores and showing you how much you can do with 100 dollars.... is question of taste and mixing brands plus unbranded clothes together....
